WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Apr 25, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK) today announced that its ValueClick Media division has signed publisher representation agreements with GSN.com, 1-800-Schedule and Guardian Unlimited. Under the agreements, these publishers will gain access to ValueClick Media's national online sales force and its relationships with the largest national advertisers and interactive agencies. These sites will also utilize MOJO Publisher, the publisher ad serving product of ValueClick's Mediaplex technology division.These new publishers further enhance ValueClick Media's U.S. advertising network, one of the industry's largest and broadest online media networks. Today's announcement enables ValueClick Media to provide advertisers with additional in-depth sponsorship and rich media campaign opportunities and strengthens its popular Movies & TV, Health & Fitness and News, Culture & Society channels.

The site offers the unique ability for consumers to contact healthcare providers by telephony, wireless, click or click-to-call features.
