Janie has many years of experience covering a wide spectrum of information technology activities, along with an extensive regional and international background working for multinational companies.
Based in Hong Kong, Ms. Kaung joined Galileo International in June 1994 from Logica Limited where she was their regional managing director responsible for Logica business in the Far East.
Prior to Logica, Ms. Kaung held a number of senior positions at ICL between 1967 and 1989 and was ICLs managing director in Hong Kong.
Ms. Kaung completed a master`s degree in Mathematics, History and Philosophy of Science at Cambridge University in the UK. She also attended a Senior Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in the USA.
